History
CasinoJudge.com was the result of my desire to enter the online gaming business and has been functional in the Philadelphia area for just over 10 years. The site was most recently re-designed in 2007 and updated sparingly by myself, when time allowed.

The website was profitable by selling advertising to marketing companies who represent online and land based casinos, online poker rooms, or other gaming portals. Additionally, one of my clients was a researcher for a University conducting a study on gamblers.

Why am I selling the website?
My most recent and current positions prohibit me from spending the appropriate amount of time to keep the website current and take it to the next level. I am sure that it will best be served by being passed on to someone who can take over where I left off.

What is for sale?
The assets include the domain name, website, new and old website files - including written content in articles, all programming content, development files, artwork, 1 full year of the current hosting, client files, email addresses, strategy cards, and anything else I may have in my possession relating to the website. The website has been well trafficked and is embedded with search engines. Advertising sales varied year to year, however $20,000 was probably the average income.

Who wants to buy it?
This casino portal can be easily maintained by a self-starter who has programming experience, or might be a nice addition to a company who has a portfolio of existing casino sites or portals.

How much am I asking?
The short answer is I don't have a minimum asking price in mind. I will entertain all offers but I am looking to sell for approximately $100,000. This price is justified by the value of the assets - the established name, previous advertising sales, website content, programming content, hosting, client files, and traffic. Please be serious about this opportunity and be able to at least meet or be near the asking price.
